Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 During peak periods or high-volume events, processing times may be slightly extended. If unexpected delays occur, you’ll be notified via email.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.

Please note:

• The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  

• Orders abandoned at customs or returned due to unpaid import charges are not eligible for a refund.
  

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  
  

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time via your RealList account or the shipping carrier’s website.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

RealList is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, or packages lost or stolen after delivery.
