We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

At RealList, we pride ourselves on providing every detail possible—from provenance to condition. Due to the nature of vintage goods, we only accept returns within two days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Tamper-evident return tags must be intact and match original serial numbers

Items returned with damaged or missing return tags will not be accepted or refunded.

Once a return is approved, items must be shipped within 2 days of receiving the return label. Proof of shipment acceptance by the courier must be provided.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.

To initiate a return, email info@reallist.com. Returns must be approved prior to shipment and sent to us.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. For questions or additional information before purchasing (including measurements), we encourage you to contact us.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund.

European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
