This Fall/Winter 1995 Thierry Mugler long-sleeve dress is cut in a fitted, knee-length silhouette with a sharply contoured bodice and internal bustier. The design features sculpted, raised contours framing the bust, shoulders, sleeves, and cuffs in black velvet. The neckline forms a dramatic, carved décolleté with symmetrical wave-like projections that extend into the shoulders. The design was featured in L’Officiel France n°797 (1995), photographed by Claus Wickrath and modeled by Viola Haqi.
