This Gianfranco Ferré cocktail dress from the Fall/Winter 2003 collection is cut in a fitted, knee-length silhouette with a high waist seam. It features a deep plunging V neckline, long ruched sleeves, and a gathered bodice secured with a small front leather bow. The upper bodice is constructed in gold satin with a matte matching skirt. The dress is complete with an exposed back connected by leather straps, eached affixed with a matching leather bow. A white variation appeared on the runway as look 46, modeled by Anastassia Khozzisova, and this version was worn by Beyoncé to the release party of Dangerously in Love.
