This exquisite bucket bag from Gucci's Fall/Winter 1999 collection, designed by Tom Ford, showcases his iconic psychedelic silk velvet pattern. The bag features a sleek lucite hoop handle, attached by silver metal rings that harmonize beautifully with the deep greens and reds of the velvet. A silver-plated brand plate adds a polished touch to the handle. The same pattern appears on other runway pieces, and a grey velvet version of this bag was featured in the ad campaign with model Liisa Winkler, photographed by Mario Testino. Inside, the bag is lined with silk and includes a small pocket. Notably, this bag is displayed in the Gucci Museum in Florence, alongside a matching Jackie bag in the same print.
