Presenting an asymmetric Gianni Versace Couture dress designed by Donatella Versace. This multi-pattern dress features two layers from the Spring/Summer 1998 collection. The interior layer is composed of a sheer blue and red floral, which is exposed above the bust and at the hem, while the exterior layer is made up of a deep blue with a purple scroll design. The exterior layer ripples at the bust, providing a cowl-style effect. A version of this dress was modeled on the runway, and a top in the same color was also presented. A version of this stunning dress was also worn by Erin O'Connor in the season's ad campaign, photographed by Richard Avedon.
