F/W 1999 Atelier Versace Coral Beaded Sheer Corset Two-Piece Pants Set Donatella

Presenting a stunning Atelier Versace corset-boned top bodice and matching pant set designed by Jà¸rgen Simonsen under the creative direction of Donatella Versace. This gorgeous set from Versace's Atelier Versace line features a beautifully hand-embellished sheer top with pants matching genuine coral embellished pattern. The embellishments were delicately hand-sewn and feature vintage coral pieces, with three different types of smaller beads covering the entire top. The bustier top has corset boning and a hidden zipper on the side. The flared pants feature a matching asymmetric beaded embroidery pattern on the hip and leg. Halle Berry wore a similar top to the 1999 Emmy Awards, featured on Gisele Bündchen for the Fall/Winter 1999 Gianni Versace RTW runway, and worn by Catherine Zeta-Jones to Elton John's 1999 party in the South of France. Legendary photographer David Lachapelle also captured a version of the top on Thora Burch for the December 1999 issue of Interview Magazine.
