Presenting a black lace Versace Medusa medallion mini dress designed by Donatella Versace. From the Fall/Winter 2005 collection, the beige version of this dress debuted on the runway as Look number 36, modeled by Natasha Poly. Frayed sheer silk at the bodice is separated from the layered chiffon skirt by scallop-edged sheer black lace at the waist. The straps feature golden Versace Medusa medallions at the front, connecting to a more oversized Medusa medallion at the back. Elizabeth Hurley also wore the light pink/beige version to the relaunch party for the newly renovated Versace boutique in London. A fantastic piece of runway history, this piece now perfectly meets the Y2K style trend.
